Over the past forty years, our business has costumed all of the celebrations of life, and our specialty is weddings.
Recently, we were asked to participate in the launch of a new local wedding resource website, Brides & Guides, and it was a great reminder to showcase some of the amazing weddings we’ve costumed.
Though the most popular themes we’ve done have been 20s and Victorian, we are able to costume entire wedding parties in historical attire from just about any era to create the wedding of your dreams!
When we outfit a bride and her wedding party, in addition to our selection of gowns, we provide all the accessories and underpinnings to produce the desired silhouette, including corsets, bras, bustles, petticoats, crinolines, hoops, pantaloons, gloves, shoes, boots, veils, tiaras and jewelry. For men, we have complete period attire for all seasons, which includes appropriate shirts, vests, cravats, bow ties, hats, spats, shoes, pumps, walking sticks, gloves, and capes, as well as cuff links & studs, pocket watches, stick pins, monocles, and cigarette/calling card cases. We even have the pillow for your ring bearer!

Our wide range of historic costumes is perfect for drawing attention to your floats. For those of you driving vintage and antique cars, you can dress in the same era as your beloved ride! For marchers, attendees, and party goers, we can assist with the wearing o’ the Green, and we have a great selection of hats, vests, bowties, and neckties that can be added to your own outfits as well.

We were delighted when we were contacted by The Times Beacon Record informing us that they were interested in doing a story about our business. During the phone interview, we invited them to visit and see the collection, and the story ended up being the cover and centerfold for this week’s Arts & Lifestyles section! Thank you so much to Ellen Barcel and Heidi Sutton for a lovely visit and this wonderful coverage!
